Still should wear one in crowds or going to the market. You never know if the person who brushes past is vaccinated or not. Too many anti-vaxxers out there.
wait 5 minutes… the media will start pouring out “real news” about a new variant … the Fear Variant… and we’ll all. be locked in our houses while the politicians go on vacations, eat at restaurants unmasked, and claim how hard this is on them.
We can guarantee that most anti-vaxxers are also liars. I was on a trip to a Midwestern state where the vaccination rate was in the 30s. The law there stated that only vaccinated people could enter stores unmasked. 95% — sometimes 100% — of the people in those (crowded) stores were unmasked. That means close to 70% of them were lying about their status.
I have to admit that still hits me sometimes and it has been a couple of months since I got my shots. And I do keep a mask on hand for situations I feel uncomfortable in. Plus my dry cleaner still asks that we wear masks and I respect that-and yes, they are doing fine as a business despite the fact we are in an anti-vax community.

If you want to know the exact date you stopped wearing a mask, check your vaccination card, add two weeks, and there you go.

A year ago, he asked “did we stop wearing pants at some point?” and got the same answer, albeit over Zoom.
