Rita’s “positivity” is as large as her ego.

If Rita can define productivity, she’s found something that many have missed.

It’s amazing to see how the narcissistic mind processes things.

LOL! I worked for a boss like that. She was our “Executive Vice President” via her only qualification being the daughter of the owner… and the only things she did was gossip and annoy and hassle us over petty stuff. She had a difficult pregnancy, so she was out for about seven months – while she was out productivity and morale improved greatly. First thing she did when she came back was to return things to “normal”…

For some reason, in the last panel, Rita reminds me of “Karen” on Will & Grace.

Define worse than useless. Your presence has a negative impact.

With me, production falls if I go on vacation. Everyone is happy to see me when I return so I can fix all their mistakes.
