The family name isn’t really Gordian, is it?
That might have had something to do with the driving thunderstorm in which you had to pack up the gear. If you never dried out your tent, you’ll need another one of those too.
I have the same problem, but with garden hoses.
Should have stored it with the Christmas lights.
Climbers call that rope tangle “spaghetti”. not a pretty sight.
Maybe look in the “Whips & Chains” bin at the top of the bedroom closet…….?
