George Floyd didn’t die for a cause. He was murdered by a white bigot. I think he’d rather still be alive and home with his wife and kids. His death sparked a cause. That people shouldn’t be murdered by those who are supposed to be serving and protecting the public. ALL of the public, not just white people.
I do not understand how an addict who lies and said that he had not taken any drugs and then dies from an overdose of said drugs is someone to whom we should look for leadership or inspiration.

Possibly, but it’s better to live and continue the cause, if you die others may use that death for purposes you do not agree with.
