Did you hear about the psychic who sued the hospital for negligently doing a CAT scan, saying she lost her psychic powers as a result? She won at trial but the appeals court overturned it, on the basis that if she was really psychic she would have seen it coming.

True Story – When I was married we had two cats who had both been my wife’s prior to our marriage. After we bought a house and moved in, the younger cat did not seem to acclimate very well. My wife called a “cat psychologist”. He came to the house and said that he would go in another room with the cat so he could work with her on her issues. 45 minutes later he came out and told us that the cat would need several more sessions at $75 each and that he preferred cash. Needless to say he never was asked back.
