I wonder if he stuffs his money in his matress when he goes to bed.

What’s the point of this? Is Thornapple his friend? Why would he keep him this close then if times were tough? Or if times weren’t tough why even bother with that advice?

I know a rich man like Veeblefester. He has no friends and even his family smacking their lips hoping he dies soon – very soon. Lonely life among the rich fools lacking empathy and vision.

I would have invested in tea cozies a long time ago, if I knew they’d be so profitable.

He’s got too many enemies to be keeping close.

If that guy kept his money any closer, it would be intravenous.

Brutus knows better than to think this means Veeblefester will be giving him a raise.

I need to start a business selling tea cozies. I could make serious bank! :)
