In reality, I think it’s a combination of kids just “doing what everyone else is doing” or no real other options. Having a place to go like StackableContainers did in the summer is not the norm.
As a senior citizen I definitely see the changes in our youths activities these days. Also right now, we’re all just starting to get outside again after COVID 19 bulldozed over all of us and our normal activities. One thing I know for sure. Things always change, and they will continue to whether we want them to or not.
Loving panel 4 and 5. 5 kind f explains 4 – I had a bullmastiff, and he did not swim. He wasn’t afraid of water, mind, he simply didn’t float. I’d take him to the lake where the beach was shallow and only got deep very gradually (6 feet deep at 100 feet out), and he’d walk out until the water was right up to his chin… then he’d keep right on walking, underwater. He just didn’t care.
