At this point you need a combine!

If you buy a goat and a saddle, you’ll have a riding lawn mower.

That would be a pretty big task for a push-powered reel mower.

Lucky Broomie doesn’t live in Coral Gables, Florida they’d more her lawn and fine her big time.

You could hide for a long time in that grass.

But the smell of freshly grown grass is so much better!

You would think that with her witch powers, she would be able to keep the grass short…

I got a complaint about the weeds in my yard. I pointed out that the ‘weeds’ were the California State Flower. Yes, I was in California back then.

In Coral gables the city has to approve the color of paint you choose to repaint your house.

It took decades of not having to do the mowing myself before I got even a flicker of enjoyment from that onerous smell.

Back in 1965 I bought a Scotts Silent reel mower. You could almost hear the grass being cut.It was so easy to push, & my young sons loved to mow the lawn with it. My older son still has it. In 1950 I used to mow neighbor’s lawns to ear some $. Back in the late 40s, early 50s push mowers were a bear to move since handle was at a high angle for a not very tall youngster.

That’s gonna need a scythe

It smell better when someone else does it.

Excellent camouflage.

Could be it’s time for the cranky old witch to buy a power mower, maybe even a riding mower!
