I hear that airguns do a good job on car windows. Not that I would ever recommend such. .

Where I live I hear no honking cars, little traffic noise if any, and rarely hear a dog bark (unless it’s my dog).
It’s actually quiet at night here. Might be because of the city 10 pm – 6 am noise laws.
Laws are useless unless they are enforced, and usually they are not…unless someone complains.
Here it’s the neighbor with the motorcycle with no muffler and late-night driving habits.
If they don’t know which neighbor is honking, how do they know it’s a “she”?
if they don’t have air conditioning they must sleep with their windows open
