A number of years ago a colleague and I went to a Rally’s (fast food hamburger stand, walk up or drive up only) for lunch. We used the walk-up. A woman got her order from the adjacent drive-up lane. She checked it and found an error, her iced tea was a small instead of the biggest one, which she ordered. This “lady” raised hell about the mistake in the most hostile manner. The Rally’s worker apologized and took the small tea back inside the window. Out of the “lady’s” sight the worker poured the small tea into the correct cup, filled it to overflowing with ice and handed it back to the “lady”. My colleague and I were delighted at that action and laughed roundly.
