I used to dream that I was back in high school, late for a final exam for a class I’d forgotten to go to all semester. The it finally sank in to my subconscious that I’m way too old to be in high school. So now I dream that I’m stuck at my old high school waiting for someone to notice I’m a middle-aged guy. It’s still not a fun dream, but it’s different.
