BTW, about yesterday, Rita, use Amodex. Amazon sells it by the litre.
Can someone over at the State House get Dana over there?
Not only off script, but off panel!
Funny, Ed’s wide awake off set.
Love the behind the scene peak!
Wait – you mean the discussions between the host and guests on late night talk shows isn’t spontaneous and unscripted?
Nice to see the cast has a nice green room. I expect they have a well stocked concession table too. Only the finest for them. :-)
This one reminds me of Julia Dreyfuss’ “Veep” tv show. Come to think of it, Selina Meyer was kind of a “Rita” type to her political staff.
Where’s the food?
So today’s strip complements yesterday’s strip and explains Rita’s fountain pen event, huh?
When Comics Go Meta
Gosh, that reminds me of the last 4 years somehow.
Rita is always Rita. Even off set.
Further proof that, after a while, characters take on a life of their own. I have often heard writers say that their really only there to document what the characters in their heads do.
