    I’ve used the big guillotine*.

    I get it.

*not the real big one we use for bankers and CEOs and the like who get a bit uppity, the one for paper.

As a kid I loved the big paper cutters that every school had. I was fascinated by how they could cut through a decently thick stack of paper.

There are toned down versions available for home use. If you have a use for one at home… they don’t work on vegetables, though. Won’t fit through the guard.

When I was a kid those paper cutters used to scare me.. bad thoughts about my whole hand or at least a few fingertips being chopped off. Just a little kid. Well, in jr. high. Okay, high school. Pretty young.. okay, I was 27, but still. Yuck yuck, lol, etc….

Back in the day paper cutters were in grade school classrooms.
