I realized recently that my midriff was starting to sag so I’ve cut back a bit here and there. Just a normal reset that happens every few years. We’ve never owned a scale so it isn’t about weight. Scales can weigh on your mind.
Good thing there is plenty of time for him to lose his weight before all the fall holidays……
Time to switch over to Mayo Lite for a week or two.
It’s not good for me to look at the scale that often. When I do I’m usually at least 3 feet away.
I bought a third scale just to be sure the first 2 weren’t factory defects for this very reason.
He’s never really struck me as the kind of guy who worries about his weight. Wonder what’s up.
Must have been all that decaf he drank two weeks ago…
