I have a friend like that, I tell him he’s an analog man in a digital world.
Mail them a picture, if you can figure out how to get a picture from the drug store and use stamps and envelopes. It can be confusing if you aren’t used to it, but your parents will be very skilled at that. Read your audience.
Having Grandkids, is what prompted my Sister to learn how to attach pictures to her email.
Baby pictures are one thing that makes them pick up that much tech really quick.
So don’t send them encrypted TIFF files (you know who you are.) :)
So that begs the question – then why don’t you take your camera/phone to Walgreens, have some prints made, and mail them to your parents?
