If there was property damage Petunia will need to talk to the owner of that property and work out how the damage will be paid for. Other than that the lesson is learned and Dre won’t be doing that again. Petunia can discipline her son and the police aren’t needed at all. Let them focus on the drug dealers, thieves and those unlawfully using their guns.
He stole a car and crashed it into a building. Whoever owns the building is likely going to be calling the police if they haven’t done so already. Anything Petunia tries to do to prevent that from happening will get her charged as an accessory, and her actions here could be seen as her threatening and intimidating a witness.
In the real world, they’re both going to jail at this point, and Petunia could easily lose custody.
