Surviving when I was a kid was one of those things that fitted you out for adult life. I remember when they came out with the air bazookas. They shot a big puff of air, ping pong balls, potatoes, rocks etc. Even back then they got banned quickly, LOL!
Three years ago I found a set of those, still in their original box at Goodwill in Phoenix. I should have bought them, might be a good collector’s item.
speaking of pointy object fun, i still find it hard to believe that nobody ever got impaled when i recall that they let us practice archery at summer camp…

Just like anything else, not dangerous if used properly. We had so much fun with lawn darts! The only thing that got hurt were the fins.
