…..we had to change planes in Cleveland.

It was that stop mid-flight to get the pugilist off the plane. :-(

Since you are a Fish-Hawk and can fly, why would you want to take an airline about 10 miles tops!

Had to stop at the river and go through Customs and a mental health check for leaving an idiot zone.

Well, they had to make a connection in Atlanta…

They wanted to make sure he had enough time to savor the bag of 8 peanuts they gave him in-flight. “Enjoy your dinner, sir.”

Even pilots need a pit stop.

Had an afternoon flight at a small airport. Was snowing and blowing in the morning, so I called about the flight. Was told “If things look better we might try it”. Decided to reschedule.

…and you took a plane because…?

It would be faster to taxi from Minneapolis to St. Paul most of the time. Barring road construction. The slick ice in the winter (8 months) makes it much faster, and smoother.

I spent a lifetime in Minneapolis … at least that’s what it felt like for the two weeks I was there!

There is NO airport in St. Paul.

George Carlin once said he didn’t want a nonstop flight. He wants his flight to stop, preferably at the end.

I got a discount air fare with stopovers on a personal trip from Texas to California. In both directions, part of the flight went from Houston to Houston, one airport to the other.

Must be Southwest.

Loon was piloting the plane and he always likes to make a quick stop at the Mississippi.

What did they do? taxi… and stop in West St. Paul? (which btw is south of St. Paul, don’t ask me why)

Treetop Airport and Avian Air went bust shortly after opening for business once the staff and clientele realized they were all BIRDS.
