A good workout deserves time off for good behavior.

I was off last night and thought I would be in about the same shape, very glad I wasn’t

The night before last was a big one

It’s been hot here, and stocking about 2 pallettes on the soda pop aisle was a big part of the first 2 hours of my night

Ironically, the only good way to get over being not able to move after a hard workout, is to move around a bunch.

Many people deliberately sabotage their own fitness impulses by such overindulgence. It gives them a reason not to go back.

Gotta know what his idea of a ‘ton’ is, and they’re about 5 lb weights.

Maybe the effort will help him work out some of the caffeine.
