I’m impressed he didn’t just pick plain old iceberg lettuce. Arugula is my favorite leafy green. Though I have to wonder how many unhealthy additions he made to his salad.

We used to feed Arugula to the Canary. Except, back in my day it was still Dandelion and we got it from our yard.
