    Totally understand. I gave up trying to keep cats off laundry so now they get their own right out of the dryer towel. Even in the summer it is sooo wonderful that they instantly purr.

    A warm towel, in a box, on a high shelf should be irresistible. The prefect place to watch the activity, and launching pad to pounce on you when you least expect it.

    My cat is on my lap as I write this. Her cat just coughed up a combination hairball/first breakfast technicolor yawn on the kitchen floor.

    When I’m doing laundry, I purposely put some of the clothes on the floor for my cat to enjoy. This way she doesn’t put holes in my nice clothes!
