I’m guessing this is in reference to the QB from Texas that skipped his senior year in HS to enroll at Ohio State because he is going to make about $1 million this year just from his name, image, and likeness. Evidently, Texas law didn’t allow HS kids to earn money that way thus he’s off to college.
