John Gacy was the outgoing social type. It was the mask that allowed him to keep on killing far longer than he otherwise would have. He was a “pillar of the community”.
Interesting, maybe only to me: Two off the consistently funny strips available here are this one and Dinosaur Comics, both by cartoonists who can’t draw, who I guess are therefore forced to be original and clever.
I’m pretty sure I’ve read that at least some serial killers are extremely sociable and charming – they just happened to use that to their advantage to kill people.
