The Zen of Fish … very peaceful. Thanks for a calming start to the day.

I wish Snow could teach me that! My daughter says Tai Chi is a good way to combine meditation with light stretching and exercise.

Snow is in his happy place.

9 years ago when I joined the gym I still use, they had just started a Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch class. I love the class, but the best part is the relaxation/mediation at the end. After a bit I was really able to relax & meditate & often fell asleep I was so relaxed. Since it’s in a room in the middle of the gym & was a basketball court at one time, , the heavy boxing bag is in a room right next to it. About a year ago, someone starting using the bag at the time we had our class. I’ve realized that although I am sort of aware of the thuds, I can still relax & meditate.

Beautiful in so many ways.

Dang it! Now i’m thinking of Fish Tacos.

Snow purring is a good thing.
