If you love yourself, it becomes much easier to love others … or at least to armor yourself against their words and actions.

Don’t expect to be loved if you hate yourself.

Love involves acceptance of people as they are, not as you want/need/expect them to be. If you can’t do that with yourself, how can you manage it with anyone else?

Take the number of “likes” and multiply by “a metric bonkers worth.”
