I sleep with the ceiling fan on and a light blanket. Of course, I have hot and cold flashes, so that’s why I do this.

I have to have a fan on year round. I need the noise to keep me asleep.

I read that nixon in the summer turn on the white house ac as low as it would go and then light up the fireplace.

I dated a woman in college who insisted on sleeping under a Quilt when it was 90 Degrees and the AC was Broken.

She just could not sleep without her Quilt, no matter how hot it was.
