My annual physical is next week. I’ll put on slacks and a nice shirt (for the first time in over a year due to Covid). I don’t know why, since they always end up crumpled on a chair before the doctor ever gets in the room.
I quit drinking 2 weeks before my lab work. What a pain.

A1C tests for glucose cover about 3 months past, so good luck!
You can’t brush away six months of neglect in the week before you get your teeth cleaned either.
Yeah, one day of eating right and exercise should probably be able to overturn years of neglect…
