Is the relatively sudden and very widespread incidence of gluten intolerance in our society really a result of indiscriminate use of glyphosate (Round Up™) on crops? Monsanto (now owned by Bayer) says “it all goes away in two weeks,” but investigation is showing otherwise. And Bayer, catching the (litigious) drift, has withdrawn the product from consumer use. Still it is used on crops, just a few weeks before harvest, because it kills the weeds which produces a “pure” weed-free crop for the harvester.
