A couple of years ago, I got a desire for an old Lincoln Towncar. I found one in Charlotte, NC for just $1500. It was a ’76, I believe. It was a stretch limo with all the perks. I passed on it, but what a car.
I laugh at folks whose “all American cars” are made in Canada and Mexico of imported parts from all over the world. Yet these same people use racial slurs to denounce cars actually assembled entirely in quite a few different American states.

Good luck buying even a used car these days. So few new cars can get chips so they’re selling used cars at double their value and way more.

Ha! My ’66 Skylark has been towed 3 times in 15 years – all because oriental replacement parts failed!!!!
