Ba dum tssh!
Come on, Rover
Let’s do the twist
Let’s go to the playground and
And go like this
E-yah, twist
Twirly, swirly, twist
Ooh yeah, just like this
Come on, it’s a bliss
And do the twist
Playground therapy with Rover will make it all better!
Today’s Calvin and Hobbes reprint ends in a similar way to today’s Red and Rover strip.
It’s where he goes to WIND and unwind.
That was fun, back in the day!
oh the irony
That’s hilarious! And it does make me recall I used to do that very thing, too!
Didn’t we all at one time. Today there is now no danger there. Sad times in deed…..
Is this a re run im not sure
7th panel- Rover knows to play it safe.
excellent! and very well illustrated!
If you unwind fast enough (you can speed it up by pulling on the ropes/chains), you can make the swing rewind in the opposite direction … and repeat?
I loved to do that too.
Oh, to be a kid again.
Said every kid, ever!!! :D
