Actually, the best way to get the person to stop asking is to tell them you have a problem like the one Scott says he has, but don’t really have it.
Just tell him it’s a medical issue, and medical privacy laws do not allow disclosing the info. If he persists, tell him unless he is a Dr. who can prescribe drugs, he is of no use to you.
