It seems to me that I tried some of those when the strip was first published, and one of them took me to foxtrot.com. They all give me errors now.

Only one of those IP addresses is even a valid number. Would explain the errors :)

Sigh. Those addresses are obviously fake. IP addresses are octal based, so the maximum value in any one field is 255.
