Enough food to last two growing seasons. Still have to find out if the Martian soil can support terrestrial/Earthian crops. If you can’t grow crops on Mars it might be difficult, if not impossible, to have any sort of colony without regular resupply. Self sustainability is a very important factor in this situation.
The one thing that can’t be be duplicated is the fact that Mars gravity is only 38% of Earth’s. this probably will have negative effects on the bodies chemistry, for those actually on Mars.
