I am pretty sure this comic was submitted for today before Ed Asner passed, but I could be wrong.

It’s chalk! Why not just wash it away?

It’ll wash away during the next rainy day. Also, Herberto can use a hose to wash it off. He doesn’t need a demolition crew. Seggie is too sensitive and impatient to want it removed this minute and tear up the sidewalk. Of course, it’s Seggie we’re talking about.

I like that Sedgie goes walking equipped with sidewalk chalk, but makes Jarvis carry it. Like only he has pockets.

I hope for his sake that it does not resemble Ed Asner since he recently passed…

While they’re at it – how about coloring his bow tie?

Easy, there, Jarvis. Young Master’s order for Herberto and a demolition crew may be a bit of overkill! How about a hose and water to wash off the chalk? No sense in destroying a perfectly good section of sidewalk just because of a little offensive chalk art!

Or you could just wash it off.
