The Texas Taliban have decided that they want to see a lot more women in labor, so it fits their 13th century world view!

Society as a whole has forgotten that Labor is a noun. It refers to the organizations that lifted working people out of serfdom and created the thriving middle class that Reagan got rid of.

It’s not Labor Day. It’s Labor RIGHTS Day.

Well Carmen, would you recognize labor if you saw it? There doesn’t seem to be much of it in Prickly City, at any time.

The real Labor Day is May 1.

I normally like “Prickly City”, but what is with this objection to having a day of rest? The US already has some of the least paid leave in the entire world, and Stantis wants us to feel guilty about what little time off we do take?
