Sometimes I’m the worst thing for my family’s mental health.

My sister, Second of Nine, fits that perfectly.

Not news.

They do tend to test your mental.

There is the “no family at all” alternative. Both have pro’ s and not so pro’s.

My mental health improved dramatically when I left for university on the other side of the continent.

My mental health is taking a serious hit dealing with the dementia in the house. I do not have the patience to answer the same question 4 times in 5 minutes.

Tell me about it. I really do avoid most of my family all the time because I just can’t deal with their BS.

I stopped talking to my brother and his toxic wife at the end of June. I got sick of then shoving their religion (they are in a cult) down my throat. The toxic bitch would be pissed if she was treated the way she’s been treating me. But then she is always right. I won’t go into the crap she pulled at my mother’s funeral.
