Come to think of it, I do things w/o learning from them.

Every day when I drop my granddaughter off at school I tell her to learn something

Ideally she will learn some of what they’re trying to teach her in school, but learning is learning even if it’s accidental

Why are they learning about astrology in school? Astronomy would make a bit more sense

They say the sun enters Aries on the first day of spring. They’re off by a couple thousand years. Mithras moved the stars, it’s the dawn of the Age of Aquarius. Those who sacrificed bulls gave way to those who sacrificed rams. The fish has been ascendant, but the water bearer suggests high tides to come.

The whole point of writing a paper is to learn something about the topic you’re writing about. And Astronomy would be a far better topic to write about than Astrology because one is fact based and the other is myth based. The supposed constellations you’re born under are off by 2,000 years because Astrology hasn’t taken into account the procession of the Equinox, so you’re really born under the sign of the month previous to yours. So Leos would be Cancer, Virgos would be Leos, etc. So if the heavenly bodies are supposed to have anything at all to do with your personality or fate, then Astrology isn’t even using the correct stellar bodies in their ‘predictions.’
