welp i’m happy for chad but i hope he doesn’t screw up.

prediction: chad wins, but screws up after getting elected. this might lead to a longer arc where we see Chad handle the responsibility of being president and/or nate and teddy trying to fix things since this is their plan or the arc just ends like this

Hey, guess flagging the innapropriate comments yesterday worked!

I just had the strangest dream last night that was so bizarre I can’t keep it to myself.

So Nate, Francis, and Teddy were in the library on their free period playing with “Smokeymon” cards (I’ve never heard that word used in my life either), when suddenly Nate starts singing a song he has stuck in his head. Francis, annoyed by this and trying to focus on the game, asks Nate to stop singing, but Nate says he’s had the song stuck in his head all day and he wanted to know the name of it.

Nate starts singing louder, “Carry on, my wayward son! There’ll be peace when you are done!”

Gina, overhearing the song, starts singing the rest of the lyrics. “Lay your weary head to rest Don’t you cry no more!”

Then Mr. Staples starts singing the first verse of the song. “Once I rose above the noise and confusion, just to get a glimpse beyond this illusion.”

Finally, the librarian interferes and tells everyone to be quiet. Everyone leaves and goes to their respective seats. Francis is relieved that they can focus on the game now, but Nate is disappointed, realizing he never found out what the song was called. Then, Teddy says, “Dang! Now it’s stuck in MY head!”

Unrelated to this, but if Nate was still crushing on Jenny, do you think she and Gina would join forces since they both hate Nate?

Over the years, I loved seeing the comics evolve such as Big Nate, Calvin and Hobbes, the Peanuts especially. All those years I can’t help but say thanks to my dad for giving a good childhood by showing me these comics. Now that I’m a grown adult I’m able to move on to the next stages of my life and be grateful that I’m now getting married today. These comics built my childhood and I will never stop reading them. God bless this world and god bless you all.
