Interesting, but totally useless trivia of the day: The colors of a peacock’s feathers are not due to pigmentation, but something called “structural coloration”. The pigmentation of peacocks is actually brown.
If you are familiar with how loud a peacock is, you would expect them to blow their spots off every day. Therefore, this one must be sick and needs to see a vet!
