Skyler, just apprentice yourself to Dagwood Bumstead. You’ll soon learn how easy it is to sleep on the job.

Skyler could sleep at a computer screen since it’s the modern press scenario!

Skylar doesn’t have to “have what it takes” right now.

“Sleeping at a desk” is a skill that can be learned or acquired.

There may also be a genetic component that just doesn’t show until later in life.

You could if you had my high school history teacher.

But stacking papers that high is an art, maybe to be envied.

History teaching is a tough beat.

I heard of a fellow who collected Workman’s Compensation because he fell asleep at his desk while holding his head in his hands with his elbows resting on the desk. His head dropped and he broke his jaw when it hit the desk.

All you have to do Skyler is apply yourself and I am sure you will be able to fill your Uncle Cosmos saddle oxfords.

He’s too motivated for that job.

Wait till you’re a little older, Skyler. Then, you’ll be able to sleep anywhere at any time.
