Kate loves a belly rub. Spencer will disembowel you if you touch his belly.

Betcha that the cat has never HAD a good bellyrub. ;D

My cat eventually drifted over to the dark (dog) side. She loves tummy rubs. But stay away from her tail. That’s HER tail, and nobody else’s.

All four of our cats would be crushed if we stopped rubbing bellies. It depends on the cat.

My Siberian cat loves belly rubs…and insists on receiving them.

Now I wonder: what will happen if a cat that dislikes belly rubs enjoyed a pretty good treat and rubs his own belly?

Some cats like their bellies rubbed, and some cats like their heads skritched, but they are almost never the same cat… and yes, some cats don’t like to be touched at all unless they rubbing against your legs to make you trip.

And look at that! They are remaining civil in a disagreement. Yay! Well done, guys!

At least they’re stickin’ to an important topic.

I’ve known cats that liked tummy rubs…..
