You mean Andy’s not doing everything possible, like she does during the winter when she refuses to turn the heat on, to lower the electric bill? That’s a shocker!
I suppose it’s still done, but back when I was young, there were a lot of “Sky Spotlights”, for things like Movie Premiers, New Business Openings, Big Sales, etc. They absolutely fascinated me…
Amazing how Jason can do that totally without any lenses in his projection system. He must’ve got that from Gotham City, too, ’cause they never used anything either. Just a bat painted on the front of the searchlight.

How about mow, Roger, in order to save the trouble? (Jason trying to summon Linus van Pelt’s Great Pumpkin?)

With that much heat, (from the lights), those pumpkins are going to be cooked in no time. And burn up, and probably catch fire with that much heat.

Don’t just show him the bill; deduct a share from his allowance…

Hopefully LEDs. Not as much heat or electric.

There is this guitar shaped hotel and they use laser beams to replicate the 6 strings. On cloudy nights you can see the lasers on the clouds.

He’s going to get Pumpkinhead’s attention, and that’s never a good thing.

He’s calling the Great Pumpkin.

In all seriousness though…that is a pretty cool idea.
Though I suppose it’d necessitate near perpetual cloud cover all the time in order to get the full effect.

I have to admit, it’s a cool idea.

I might actually try that.

Ceramic pumpkins, to be be able withstand the heat from those search lights.

That’s almost as ingenious as the Jack-o-lantern zoetrope he made that one time.

Tim “The Toolman” Taylor called, he wants his Jack-O-Lanterns back.

Unplug it, dock his allowance, and force him to eat his mom’s vegan cooking.

Thank goodness for Batman it was always cloudy and gloomily dark in Gotham all the time.

How about Christmas lights? I’ve seen houses during December that much burn through more power than I do in a year.

Jason does have the problem of lights from a pumpkin not being strong enough to do this. But it is a great idea.

Using LED lighting, the cost is just a small fraction and so much brighter.
