It is still not forcing anyone to get the vaccine. It is still a choice, get the vaccine and remain employed or not, for those businesses requiring it.
The only way it would REALLY be “forcing”, is if Uncle Sam (Aunt Samantha?) broke into your home, held you down, and injected you against your will.
Companies have HUNDREDS of rules that you have to follow in order to continue working there, from dress codes to attendance to websites you visit on company devices.
You always have a choice: follow the rule, or leave and find a company that doesn’t have that particular rule.
Frankly, ANY country is “free” as long as you follow their laws.
Some countries may have fewer behaviors that will get you arrested (or worse), but they all have SOME laws—and they can add or change them whenever they want.
It is a free country and the employer is free to fire your sorry butt for not following company rules. If they say you must wear shoes.. kinda goes without saying that if you choose not too.. you’re likely no longer employed.
That’s still an aspect of a free country. Companies are required to have safe working conditions for their employees, and a safe business environment for their clients.
That means many things, including requiring vaccinations. If you’re an AntiVaxxer Snowflake, you have the freedom to find a different job.
Refusing to get the COVID-19 vaccine is idiotic, self-destructive, irresponsible, paranoid, antisocial and a violation of the social contract that makes civilization and communities possible, safe and secure.
Don’t want to vaccinate? Go find some place uncivilized to live, because civilized people get vaccinated instead of being whiny, cowardly little snowflakes.

Now you employed anti-vaxxers don’t want that, do you? You’ll lose potential customers and investors.

To me it’s not a question of, do you have the right to not vaccinate but do you have the right to expose 100s of people if you don’t.

That’s harsh, but it’s the employer doing it, not the government. At least, the government isn’t doing this to everyone all over.

Pre covid there’s been vaccination requirements within employment, others, but health and the military come to mind.

Sorry but you can’t talk sense to someone with Trump derangement syndrome and sadly there’s no vaccine for it.
