I really doubt that the ice pack goes directly on the skin. Which begs another question…are you going to eat those vegetables after they are thawed out? And….your carpet is getting wet.
I’ve been where John is multiple times. I would seriously want to shoot Michael, who has no idea what this is like. It is pure torture. You can’t turn your body at all, cannot walk, cannot stand. Good luck getting to a bathroom.

i use frozen vegetables as my ice pack. more flexible; not as hard on the affected area that is sore and does the trick for me!
