Are her ears the problem? I would think wearing a miniskirt in the snow might give her a few difficulties with cold also in the leg area. That miniskirt is a big giveaway that Candace’s help for Dawn’s fashion sense did not start and stop with the hair. Normally Dawn dresses like Elizabeth. Unlike the hair, Dawn must like the dress, since she is not complaining about it. I know girls who like to show off their legs no matter what the temperature is outside, but this is a new thing for Dawn.

It fascinates me that the word “cool” has managed to stay relevant in popular culture all these years.

Yes, Liz. Clever idea. Candace would do exactly that, walking with her head high as if something new is cool. That’s how fads are born.

The short dress in winter goes with the punk hair but don’t they have tights in Canada?

My 16-year-old daughter gets her hair cut short in the spring to keep her neck cool for summer; in the winter she grows it back out to keep her ears & neck warm.

One man ruined the hat industry…John F. Kennedy. He was never seen in public wearing one, being happy with his full head of hair. After that, hat sales plummeted.

I’m 70 and still say “cool”. That is pretty cool; I think. :)
