I know! I mean really! If she wasn’t going to give you a small dish of whatever that is she’s eating, which looks like ice cream and isn’t good for dogs at all so good for her, she could have given you a whole wafer. I suppose, though, she doesn’t want you having the sugar. How about some DoggyBix? You still like those?

Fred has to watch his weight. Bassets can get on the pudgy side very easily and he won’t win prizes for Best of Breed if he is only a tiny bit overweight. :)

Light relief is better than no relief as Fred seems to be aware since he accepted the half-wafer. It would have been unrealistic if he hadn’t.
