Well, on the count of health care, I don’t think anyone should get government freebies. If you want the system to take care of you, you need to contribute to the system, i.e. have a job and pay taxes.

Bender_Sastre: What shall we do with that “illegal” hit by a car? Let them die by the side of the road? How about the one with appendicitis? Or the pregnant mom about to deliver? Or the one with that cough that might be TB? You want to have that person wandering around spreading the disease. Just to deport them would spread the disease. I’m just religious enough to want to “heal the sick”. If it costs money…. well, I guess we just do without one more nuclear sub.

Bender_Sastre Contrary to common opinion, MOST illegal aliens pay into the tax system. Their employers are legally required to withhold from wages the correct amounts for income taxes and Social Security, and to pay those funds into the correct IRS accounts. If they don’t do so, the employers can face fines and jail time.
