I had no idea what stevia is until I looked it up just now. It’s “a natural sweetener and sugar substitute derived from the leaves of the plant species Stevia rebaudiana, native to Brazil and Paraguay.” Makes me think of a female Stevie Wonder..

Vegan chocolate. In theory that shouldn’t be so bad. It would depend on the proportions—too much cocoa powder would make it sandy. But in essence, she just described Lily’s Organic chocolate (it comes in bars and chips).

Maybe someone needs to point out to Marty that in addition to no one wanting it, it’s more expensive—he’d be better off just buying the 125-piece bag of candy from Costco or BJ’s and be done with it.

I have heard that cacao is rather bitter, hence why the massive amounts of sugar in Hershey bars. Hand me a Reese’s any day of the week.

Nate’s got a good point. Nate’s dad needs to calm down and just hand out candy like everyone else. Why csnt he just let kids enjoy a fun holiday once in a while? A few candies isn’t the end of the world
