Most of the time, yes. But I’m not rich nonetheless.

I do the plumbing around here though. And it still works. (fingers always crossed)

99% of the plumbing problems in my house I was able to fix!

Probably saved thousands of dollars over the years!

Plumbing is easy unless you have an older home and everything is out-of-date!!!

Yup…

There are a couple of things at home I do not do myself… plumbing and electrical… I’ve found it’s worth it to get it done right.(on a barely related note: I don’t understand people who buy a $40,000 car and then put the cheapest tires they can find on it)

There’s your problem…. Somebody forgot to put a sink in there.

You’re not a qualified plumber, no butt crack.

Thing is, she stood tjere and watched him for(probably)two hours, just to hear him say that(another weapon in her arsenal)
