At least he’s trying. Years ago I’d been working out at the gym for many months, and had developed a lot of muscle. It was suggested I take a yoga class to help stretch the muscles. When I started the class I was as awkward as Ben. By the time I’d done a month or so of classes I was able to do the poses with the best of them. Over weight or fit, it’s difficult to do the poses at first. Just keep trying.

Why does Ben even try this torture? Looking at Liv, you can see why she is able to. Ben is shaped like a pumpkin, there is no way he can do it.
